- ติดต่อรับขนมไหว้พระจันทร์ที่สั่งซื้อไว้ได้บริเวณล็อบบี้ของโรงแรมฯ ตั้งแต่วันที่ 8 กันยายน – 6 ตุลาคม 2568 เวลา 10.00 น. – 20.00 น.
- โปรดระบุ วันและเวลา ที่ต้องการเข้ามารับสินค้าด้วยตนเอง อย่างน้อย 3 วันล่วงหน้า
- คำสั่งซื้อไม่รวมบริการและค่าจัดส่งขนมไหว้พระจันทร์
- ควรบริโภคก่อนวันหมดอายุตามที่ระบุไว้
- ภายหลังการชำระเงินเสร็จสิ้น ไม่สามารถยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อ และไม่สามารถขอรับเงินค่าสินค้าที่ชำระไว้ล่วงหน้าคืน และไม่สามารถแลกเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสดได้
- การสั่งซื้อขนมไหว้พระจันทร์ผ่านช่องทางนี้ ไม่เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมหรือรายการส่งเสริมการขาย และส่วนลดพิเศษอื่นๆ
- โรงแรมฯ จะไม่รับผิดชอบหากขนมไหว้พระจันทร์สูญหาย ถูกขโมย หมดอายุ ชำรุด หรือถูกทำลายระหว่างการขนส่ง และจะไม่มีชดเชยให้ในทุกกรณี
- ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขเป็นไปตามที่โรงแรมฯ กำหนด และสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงโดยมิต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

Terms & Conditions
- All orders are to be collected from 8 September to 6 October 2025, between 10:00 am and 8:00 pm at the hotel’s mooncake counter on Lobby Level.
- Kindly specify your preferred pick-up date and time at least 3 days prior to collection.
- Delivery service is not included in the orders.
- For optimal quality, it is recommended to consume the mooncake before the expiry date indicated on the package.
- Cancellations are not permitted, and advanced payment is non-refundable.
- Orders are non-redeemable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Orders cannot be combined with other promotional offers or special discounts.
- The hotel holds no responsibility for lost, expired, or damaged mooncakes during delivery and will not provide replacements.
- Terms and conditions stipulated by the hotel are subject to change without prior notice.
