• โปรดระบุ วันและเวลา ที่ต้องการเข้ามารับสินค้าด้วยตนเอง อย่างน้อย 3 วันล่วงหน้า
• คำสั่งซื้อไม่รวมบริการและค่าจัดส่งขนมไหว้พระจันทร์
• ควรบริโภคก่อนวันหมดอายุตามที่ระบุไว้
• ภายหลังการชำระเงินเสร็จสิ้น ไม่สามารถยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อ และไม่สามารถขอรับเงินค่าสินค้าที่ชำระไว้ล่วงหน้าคืน และไม่สามารถแลกเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสดได้

• All orders are to be collected from 8 September to 6 October 2025, between 10:00 am and 8:00 pm at the hotel’s mooncake counter on Lobby Level.
• Kindly specify your preferred pick-up date and time at least 3 days prior to collection.
• Delivery service is not included in the orders.
• For optimal quality, it is recommended to consume the mooncake before the expiry date indicated on the package.
• Cancellations are not permitted, and advanced payment is non-refundable.
• Orders are non-redeemable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Orders cannot be combined with other promotional offers or special discounts.
• The hotel holds no responsibility for lost, expired, or damaged mooncakes during delivery and will not provide replacements.
• Terms and conditions stipulated by the hotel are subject to change without prior notice.
